Before Kusinamate was a brand, it was a secret weapon. We developed our coating sauce recipes for our own small wings restaurant — flavors so good, customers kept coming back and licking their fingers clean.
When the pandemic hit, we pivoted. Instead of closing the kitchen, we opened it up — selling our sauces online. Then MSMEs, food cart owners, and carinderias started ordering in bulk. Word spread through taste, trust, and tsismis.
Today, what started as a handful of recipes has grown into 16+ flavors trusted by thousands of kitchens and food businesses across the country.
